R.I.P Jason

Jason was the best friend I had ever had. I talked to him about everything because he always understood were I was coming from. Everyday when study hour was over I would go sit with him and we would be playing jokes on each otheralways called me and beatriz rookies. I stay with him all night and played with his little girl . Jason was a great guy every time I had a bad day he will always have ways to make me laugh and smile.Every time I saw jason he always brighten my day.Jason always put a smile on everyones face. I miss jason and I also love him .REST IN PEACE JASON . You will never be forgotten always will be in my heart.

I’m still looking for the ideal best friend. I would like to see many things in my ideal best friend.
First, I would like him /her to be right by my side when I’m having a bad day. Also, when in having a
bad day, I wouldn’t want my best friend to leave me and go to a person that I don’t really care for.
Finally, I would like my best friend to be able to cheer me up and not become angry with me all the
time for little things . I still haven’t found all the qualities in one person so far.

Forth Querter Goals of 2009

This quarter, I will try to get an A+ in your class. In order to achieve this, I will have to at less get C’s and B’s on test. I will also try to study harder on so I can get a good grade on my tests and do all my class work and homework. This quarter, I will not to take back to the teacher. In order to achieve this, I will try not to talk back to her even though she gets me mad and just try to be respectful. This quarter, I will try to ask someone for help if I need help In order to achieve this, I will have to ask my house parents or the teacher and also I would ask one of my peers for help if no one can help me just then ill just try to do it.

"Poetry Sounds."

At first, I thought rhyme was when you put words together that rhyme but I learned that irony is words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning.

On my poetry pretest, I was far below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be above or at grade level.

Imagery and Figurative Language

At first, I thought imagery was pictures but I learned that this was wrong [or right]. Actually, imagery is the language that appeals to the five senses. I also learned about figurative language. I used to think figurative language was well actually i didn't know what it was at first but I learned that figurative language is word or phrase that describe one hing in terms of another and is not meant to be understood on literal level. The three main types of figurative language are similes,metaphors.and personification.
